![]() ![]() Once you have found an item you don't want applied for random shift-click on that item (this will select all colour options for that item). To make it easier you might want to use the filters at the top of the screen to filter by pack, age, gender and part type (hair, tops, shoes etc.). This will load up all the CAS content in the game, and you can individually go through each item and disallow them for random (you will have to do this one at a time for every single item, yes this is very tedious). Select the one that says Override, then click the CAS banner. After the program is finished you can put these files back into your mods folder.įor Paid Content: Open up Sims4Studio, and in the middle of the screen you'll see a banner that says CAS, and underneath you'll see four radio buttons. ![]() This will open up a pop up where you can select the file path of the folder you placed all the CC in and create a backup folder. Click on Content Management, Batch Fixes, CAS, Disallow CC for Random. Open up Sims4Studio, and up the top of the screen you'll see a menu bar. And that's everything that you can do with MC Dresser.Īlternatively, if you have more widespread problems (and/or don't want to have to click on every single sim to change their outfits yourself, you could also download the program Sims4Studio and change the game's ability to randomly apply certain clothing or hair pieces.įor CC: Create a new folder on your computer and place the CC you don't want to be allowed for random. 'Copy/Paste' allows you to copy a hairstyle or outfit from one sim and paste it onto another sim. 'Randomise Clothing' randomises an entire new outfit for the current clothing category. 'Outfit Commands' gives you the option to 'Clean Outfits' (updates all outfits to remove blacklisted items), 'Save Outfit' (saves current outfit, once saved you can load saved outfit), and 'Add Outfit to Category' (adds a new outfit slot to the current outfit category). 'Randomise Part' allows you to select an item of clothing or hair to be randomised (for example, selecting hair will give the target sim a random hairstyle). 'Whitelist Items' is the same as the Blacklist Items, but will whitelist the item instead of blacklisting it. You may have to apply this for all outfit categories. 'Blacklist Items' allows you to select one item or all of the items on your chosen sim and apply a blacklist to these items (for example, a certain hairstyle). This option can be used in situations where they choose the wrong outfit for the occasion, like wearing the wrong clothes to work, but they have to already have the correct outfit in their clothing options in order for this to work. 'Change Outfit' allows you to choose an outfit for the NPC out of their premade outfits (for example, change into everydaywear). Click on a sim you want to alter, select MC Command Center, MC Dresser, and then you'll have the option to do multiple different things. MC Dresser is actually pretty intuitive, but I'll give you a step by step runthrough of how it works. ![]()
